Astrowings Flying Fun!
Few things can compare to the feeling of coming to the field early in the morning, preparing our birds for that first flight. At our power field we live for the moment where the engine purrs, as our creations takes off into the morning sky, flying over our beautiful field. The hobby of building and flying r/c model airplanes can be joyful, thrilling and rewarding. Come join us!
AstroWings is proud to be involved in the community. Over the past 20 years the club has donated over $100,000 between the Special Olympics and the Boy Scouts of America with the help of our local community, other RC clubs, and RC suppliers/retailers. We support and help raise money for charity through our annual Fun Fly. This year the club will be focusing on building a relationship with our local Boy Scout troops.
Interested in Joining?
AstroWings membership imposes no conditions to join. Our member roster spans three generations, novice and veteran, guys and gals. Although primary emphasis is in radio control aircraft models, there is involvement in free flight, control-line, scale, static display, and collecting.

Our flying field is located east of Grafton and south of Port Washington. Here you can fly all types of planes including glow, electric, and non-powered planes. This is also the location of our Annual Fun-Fly!
